Kentucky & Montana Rank Lowest In Financial Capabilities
The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) announced the results of a study that allows you to compare financial capabilities of individuals in every state. Findings revealed that citizens of New York, New Jersey and New Hampshire were the most fiscally responsible. On the other hand, citizens of Montana and Kentucky had lower financial capabilities when compared to other states.
The data was compiled from more than 28,000 respondents from across the United States and the State-By-State Financial Capability Survey was developed in consultation with the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the President’s Advisory Council on Financial Literacy.
