Jason A. Richardson is an Associate in the firm's securities litigation practice.  Mr. Richardson represents public investors in FINRA securities arbitration proceedings involving claims against brokerage firms and financial advisors for violations of state and federal securities laws, industry regulation violations, misrepresentations, unsuitability, churning and negligent supervision.
